This is the first and only release of the Bert Lochs Inquisitive Quartet (BLIQ). It's called BAQ because after having played in one band exclusively for five years, this was my first step into making creative music again. It felt like going back to where I belonged. Many bands and projects followed, but this is the starting point.

Bert Lochs is living in The Netherlands. Appraised trumpet player, composer and teacher. He plays in a variety of bands and projects and can be heard on more than 20 cd's. In 2012 international piano legend Enrico Pieranunzi asked him for a concert in Bremen.
